Custom Autosound builds these radios to fit the stock dash of a 1968–1972 Ford truck with no modifications. Four models, from the straightforward USA-230 up to the DigaDial USA-850.

- USA-230 — the affordable one. Same look and most of the features of the 630, minus the USB port, iPod dock and CD changer control. Auxiliary input for an iPod, iPhone, satellite radio tuner or anything with a headphone jack, plus 4-channel RCA pre-outs, a digital display with electronic tuner, 16 station presets and a 4-way fader.
- USA-630 — 300 watts peak, with a bezel carrying your manufacturer's logo and large OEM-style push-buttons. USB input for MP3/WMA playback from a flash drive and a dock for your iPod, with artist, song and album on the display and song navigation from the radio itself. Four RCA pre-outs, auxiliary inputs, and compatible with the optional BLUKIT for Bluetooth streaming and hands-free calls through your speakers.
- USA-740 — 300 watts peak with built-in Bluetooth and a microphone included. Hi 4-volt 4-channel RCA pre-outs plus a subwoofer pre-out, USB for MP3/WMA/FLAC/WAV, a front mini-jack and rear RCA auxiliary input, and an AM/FM RDS tuner that shows station, song and artist. User-selectable LCD colors and a dimmer let you match the cluster, and it fully controls the optional CD-1 CD player.
- USA-850 — the DigaDial virtual screen radio, with a choice of 4 displays including a 1960s analog needle and an all-digital RDS readout, in multiple colors. 6-volt RCA pre-out and dual subwoofer outputs, bass, treble and midrange adjustment, DSP EQ settings (flat, classic, pop, rock), Bluetooth calls and streaming, USB playback that also charges your phone, a rear RCA input, and support for the optional CD-1 single CD player.

How do I know it fits my truck?
This part is listed for 1968–1972 Ford F100, F150, F250, F350 and Bronco. The full year, make and model list is in the Truck Compatibility tab on this page. If your truck has been modified, or you are between two of the year ranges we list, send us the year, make and model and we will confirm the fit before you order rather than after.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it by mail. Return shipping is on you, and the part needs to come back uninstalled and unmodified - once a part has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Made-to-order items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for a home install with ordinary hand tools, and the fitment notes on this page list anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding. Where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked in the Installation tab.
