About Hidden Fuel Filler Kits – C10, Squarebody, OBS, Ford Trucks
A hidden fuel filler kit relocates the gas cap out of the bed floor or fender and into the taillight housing, so a custom truck loses the last obvious break in its bodywork. Each LS Fabrication kit is an 18-gauge laser-cut steel housing plus a 316 stainless filler neck with a laser-engraved LS logo, flip-up cap and retaining chain, polished to sit alongside chrome trim without looking like an aftermarket add-on.

Read this before ordering
Except for the bolt-in Ford kit, these are not bolt-in parts. The housing welds into the taillight pocket and the taillight wiring has to be extended. Fuel line and plumbing from the filler to the tank are not included. The kits are also not compatible with the vapour-seal pump nozzles used in some states, California among them.
What to do with the old opening
Once the filler moves, the factory fuel door is left empty. Our fuel filler charging ports drop an SAE charge port or a battery kill switch into that hole with no welding.
