About 1973-Current Ford F-Series Truck Parts

The 1973-1979 Ford F-Series was Ford’s sixth-generation truck, nicknamed Dentside for the concave body line pressed into each side. It is the generation that introduced the F-150 in 1975 and the full-size Bronco in 1978, and it is where this part of the catalog is deepest. Later Ford trucks — Bullnose, Bricknose and the 1992-97 OBS — are covered by the universal parts listed alongside.

Billet for the Dentside

  • Billet hood hinges for the 73-79 F-Series and the 78-79 Bronco, replacing the factory spring hinge that lets the hood creep shut
  • Billet tail light bezels for 73-79 Ford trucks
  • Billet gauge, tail light and side marker bezels for the 1966-77 Bronco

Bolt-in upgrades

Power window kits for the 1973-79 doors, mirrors with a built-in LED turn signal for 1967-79 Ford trucks and the 66-77 Bronco, and LED lighting to match. The hidden tail light fuel filler and flat back LED tail lights are listed here for their 1966-77 Bronco fitment.

Universal parts that fit any Ford

Tilt bed hinges and electric bed lifts, wheel tubs, LED headlights, billet door handles, window cranks and dash knobs, SoundBlock sound deadener and the billet fuel filler neck are not tied to one generation — see all universal truck parts.
