This 1973-1991 Squarebody Chevy/GMC taillight fuel filler kit relocates your gas cap into the taillight housing for a clean, hidden alternative to a bed-floor filler. It's designed from 3D scan and CAD data for an accurate fit.

Taillight wiring will need to be extended. Because tank manufacturers vary, a joiner tube isn't included — source fuel-grade line to join the filler spout to your tank, or fabricate a tube with rubber couplers on either end. Taillights are NOT included unless selected.

Note: this kit may not work with fuel nozzles that have a vapor-sealing or pressure-seal device, as required in some states. It's best used with standard fuel nozzles.
Installation Notice:
LS Fabrication doesn't currently offer a hose or plumbing kit connecting the filler to the fuel tank — all plumbing design, routing, and installation are the installer's responsibility. This kit also doesn't provide tank venting; your fuel tank needs its own adequate vent system to prevent slow filling, splash-back, or pump shutoff issues.
