About Fuel Filler Charging Ports
Once a truck’s fuel filler is relocated — or the truck itself is running electric — the factory fuel door opening is left empty with nothing to fill it cleanly. This kit repurposes that opening into a functional SAE charging port or a battery kill switch mount, direct-fit with no welding or fabrication. Fitments are available for 1947-54, 1955-59, 1960-66, and 1967-72 Chevy and GMC trucks, plus 1967-72 Ford trucks. Each kit bolts into the factory fuel filler opening in place of the stock filler neck. This pairs naturally with our hidden fuel filler kits — if you’re relocating the fuel filler to the taillight and want to reuse the factory opening for something else, this is the part for that.
