Description
Relocate the fuel tank and you are left with a hole in the bed side. This port drops into the factory fuel filler opening on 1977–1991 Chevy and GMC trucks with a square fuel door and gives it a job: a charging point, an accessory power feed, or an ignition kill switch. No welding, no fabrication.
Features
- Direct fit for 1977–1991 GM trucks with a square fuel door, and it works on either side of the truck.
- No welding or fabrication, though some drilling is required.
- Takes standard SAE quick-connect plugs or standard AC plugs, depending on the version you order.
- Suits battery tenders and maintainers, trickle chargers, solar charging systems, and auxiliary or accessory power.
- 3D printed from ASA filament, weather-resistant, with a factory-style finish.
- Comes with a backing plate, mounting hardware, two cylinder halves for the cable, and a 10" SAE cable, 12" standard plug or ignition kill switch depending on your choice.

- Standard plug

How long before it ships?
It is a stock item and generally ships within 1-3 business days. Carrier transit time is on top of that, and larger orders can arrive in more than one box on different days.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The part needs to come back new, uninstalled and in its original packaging - once a part has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Return shipping is at your cost, and we ask that returns come by USPS. Made-to-order, sale and clearance items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for an at-home install. Read the fitment notes and the Installation tab on this page before you start for anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding, and where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked there.
