On a 1967–1972 Ford truck with a relocated tank, the factory filler opening is dead weight. This port gives it a purpose: it mounts where the old filler neck was and turns the hole into a charging or kill switch connection, with no welding and no fabrication.

Installation
The port goes in where the old filler neck came out. No welding, drilling or fabrication.
Seals and gas caps are not part of the kit, and a vented cap will not work unless you remove the vent from inside the cap.

How do I know it fits my truck?

How long before it ships?
It is a stock item and leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Transit after that is typically 2-5 business days in the United States. Larger orders can arrive in more than one box on different days.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it by mail. Return shipping is on you, and the part needs to come back uninstalled and unmodified - once a part has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Made-to-order items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for a home install with ordinary hand tools, and the fitment notes on this page list anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding. Where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked in the Installation tab.
