CVF Racing brings a revolutionary design to late model C10 trucks without the need for giant springs or extensive modification to the firewall and fender. These 1981-'87 hinges use our patent pending design that allows for standard size gas struts tucked inside the assembly. Our patented cam button adjustment design (No. 11,002,047) allows for the ability to modify hood height by nearly an inch up or down, a feature that is not possible with other aftermarket hinges for this generation of C10. These hinges also keep the hood opening to the OEM angle. Best of all, NO MODIFCATION IS REQUIRED! That's right, our hinges mount directly to OEM locations underneath the Cowl. No need for flimsy templates to drill the correct spots.

In addition to the 6-axis adjustment these hinges feature rock-solid gas struts and sealed bearings that connected to the stylish, precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum bodies and arms. These hinges are also backed by CVF’s industry-leading limited lifetime warranty.
