Description
Under-dash A/C vent brackets for 1947–1953 Chevy and GMC trucks. They bolt to the factory holes at both ends of the dash and give round vents a proper home in a cab that never had them. Sold as a pair, driver and passenger. Vents are not included.

The optional centre mount is a 16 gauge stainless steel bracket that mounts to factory bolt holes under the dash, keeping the bracket and vents out of the line of sight. Its vent holes are a standard 2.5" and the hardware needed to mount it is included.
Fitment notes
Holes will need to be cut for your specific vents, and trimming is required to suit your steering column size and placement. Slight imperfections and chips are possible and may require bodywork.

Installation
The brackets bolt under the dash at both ends using factory holes. New stainless steel hardware is provided, and it is worth using anti-seize on it. Holes for your specific vents have to be cut, and trimming is required for your steering column size and placement.
Hardware included: 4x 5/16" stainless bolts, washers and nylon lock nuts, plus 2x 1/4" stainless bolts, washers and nylon lock nuts.

How do I know it fits my truck?

How long before it ships?
It is a stock item and leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Transit after that is typically 2-5 business days in the United States. Larger orders can arrive in more than one box on different days.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it by mail. Return shipping is on you, and the part needs to come back uninstalled and unmodified - once a part has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Made-to-order items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for a home install with ordinary hand tools, and the fitment notes on this page list anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding. Where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked in the Installation tab.
