Description
An ABS plastic glove box that replaces the stock cardboard unit in a 1950–1953 Chevrolet truck. It arrives assembled, so it goes into the dash as one piece.

Choose your option
- Factory size — matches original equipment at roughly 9" deep.
- Shallow size — 4.5" usable depth, leaving more room behind the glove box for things like an A/C unit.
Fitment notes
This does not work in GM trucks, which are slightly different. If you have an aftermarket A/C or heater, the factory replica glove box may be too deep. Verify that the factory size suits your truck before ordering, or go with the shallow version.

How do I know it fits my truck?
This part is listed for 1950–1953 Chevy and GMC 3100, 3600, 3800 and Suburban. The full year, make and model list is in the Truck Compatibility tab on this page. If your truck has been modified, or you are between two of the year ranges we list, send us the year, make and model and we will confirm the fit before you order rather than after.
How long before it ships?
It is a stock item and leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Transit after that is typically 2-5 business days in the United States. Larger orders can arrive in more than one box on different days.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it by mail. Return shipping is on you, and the part needs to come back uninstalled and unmodified - once a panel has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Made-to-order items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for a home install with ordinary hand tools, and the fitment notes on this page list anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding. Where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked in the Installation tab.

Waaaay better option than the original cardboard style. This will last far longer and looks much better. A little on the expensive side but ultimately worth it.
