The Pioneer ADT-VA133 install kit ships with a plastic trim ring. This one is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum instead, so the last visible piece around the double DIN opening in your 1947–1953 Chevy or GMC dash matches the billet it sits in.
It is made for builders running a double DIN head unit in a 1947-53 Chevy and GMC truck who are using the Pioneer ADT-VA133 kit and want the finished opening to match the rest of the billet in the dash. LS Fabrication offers it alongside its other billet aluminum parts for these trucks.

If you already have the double DIN dash with the plastic ring in it, pull the plastic ring off and snap the billet one into its place.

Is the Pioneer cage included?
No, this is the ring only. It replaces the plastic trim ring supplied with the Pioneer ADT-VA133 kit and snaps into the same place.
How do I know it fits my truck?
This part is listed for 1947–1953 Chevy and GMC 3100, 3800 and Suburban. The full year, make and model list is in the Truck Compatibility tab on this page. How long before it ships?
It is a stock item and generally ships within 1-3 business days. Carrier transit time is on top of that, and larger orders can arrive in more than one box on different days.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The part needs to come back new, uninstalled and in its original packaging - once a part has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back.
