Hidden Windshield Wiper System – 1947-1954 Chevy GMC Truck

This hidden wiper system fits 1947–1954 Chevy and GMC Advance Design trucks. It tucks the wiper hardware out of sight for a clean, factory-style cowl.

A few fitment notes to keep in mind:

• On 1954 trucks, the stock defroster ducts won't clear this system. Use ducts from a 1947–1953 truck, or install ducts from an aftermarket A/C supplier.
• Original radios in the upper dash won't clear the system. One customer also reported interference with an aftermarket radio.
• Cross-mount master cylinders likely won't fit once this system is installed.

The kit includes everything except assembly lube, arms and blades, escutcheons, and model-specific switch knobs. Your stock pieces will still work. (Escutcheons are the trim bezels that cover the pivot posts in the cowl.)

This system can't be controlled by a GM column-mounted wiper switch. You'll need to use the included switch instead — GM switches ground the wiper motor, while this system switches the positive wire.
