Carbureted and Fuel-Injection Ready Aluminum Fuel Tank Kits

The newly redesigned CPP Classic-Fit Hybrid Aluminum Fuel Tanks are the perfect solution for all your replacement or performance fuel tank needs. They're designed to fit between your stock frame rails, so no major modifications are necessary in most cases. Fully baffled for reliable fuel pump performance, they work in both carbureted and fuel-injection applications — start with a carburetor and easily upgrade to fuel injection later.

Made from 1/8" thick aluminum, these are the thickest and strongest tanks in the industry, with the highest capacity for longer distances between fill-ups. They accept industry-standard 6-bolt internal electric fuel pumps and most popular five or six bolt sending units, with a 3/8" NPT outlet and a fuel pump block-off plate with a 3/8" NPT inlet for when a return line is required.

63-72 side fill tanks accept a 1.5" fuel hose. You can use soft line or stainless hard line with rubber ends and hose clamps. These tanks are engineered with plenty of clearance for sway bars, 4-link setups (in most cases), and exhaust. Available in raw aluminum or black powder coat.

Note: 1963-72 Chevy truck side fill tanks require a top C-notch in the frame and will not work on 3/4 ton trucks.

Fuel Sending Unit

This fuel tank sending unit is designed for deep tanks in 1965-97 Chevy models, with a length adjustable between 6 to 21 inches and an impedance rating of 0-90 ohms. It ensures accurate fuel level readings and reliable performance.
