Description
A transmission crossmember for 1963–1987 Chevy and GMC trucks, laser cut from 3/16" mild steel. It carries a TH350, TH400, 700R4 or 4L60E and leaves room to run up to 4" exhaust underneath while keeping a high-clearance profile above the bottom of the frame.

Fitment notes
This crossmember requires an Energy Suspension mount #3.1108G, which can be added from the dropdown. It is designed around 1963–1987 GM truck frames and may fit other applications — check the measurements against your own setup before ordering for a swap or a custom chassis.

How long before it ships?
It is a stock item and leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Transit after that is typically 2-5 business days in the United States. Larger orders can arrive in more than one box on different days.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it by mail. Return shipping is on you, and the part needs to come back uninstalled and unmodified - once a panel has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Made-to-order items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for a home install with ordinary hand tools, and the fitment notes on this page list anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding. Where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked in the Installation tab.
