Description
A 15" reproduction of the original GM and GMC truck steering wheel, built to go on a tilt column instead of the factory one. The original Advance Design wheel measured 18", which is more leverage than you need on a truck running power steering, so this one was sized down and given a modern spline.

- Satin black original-look finish that can be painted to match a custom interior.
- Back of the wheel is formed to match the column diameter for a clean OE look.
- Accurate enough to use your original or reproduction horn contact plate and horn center cap.
Horn cap
The horn cap is a reproduction of the 1947–53 Chevrolet truck cap, made to correct factory specifications with the Chevrolet script in chrome on a grained background. Mounting screws are included and it is officially licensed by General Motors.
Fitment notes
This wheel does not fit the factory 1947–1954 steering column. It is built for 1969–1994 GM tilt columns and aftermarket columns using that same spline.

Installation
Direct mount: the hub uses the 1969–1994 GM spline, so the wheel goes straight onto a GM tilt column or an aftermarket GM-spec column with no adapter.
It will not mount to a factory 1947–1954 column.

How do I know it fits my truck?

If your truck has been modified, or you are between two of the year ranges we list, send us the year, make and model and we will confirm the fit before you order rather than after.
How long before it ships?
It is a stock item and leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Transit after that is typically 2-5 business days in the United States. Larger orders can arrive in more than one box on different days.
What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it by mail. Return shipping is on you, and the part needs to come back uninstalled and unmodified - once a panel has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Made-to-order items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for a home install with ordinary hand tools, and the fitment notes on this page list anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding. Where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked in the Installation tab.
