Description

Doors that sag, rattle and need a slam to latch are a standard OBS truck problem, and worn hinge bushings and lock pins are usually why. This kit replaces both on 1988–1998 Chevrolet and GMC trucks with self-lubricating bronze, and is sold as a pair — 4 pins and 8 bushings.

Choose your option

• Standard size — the most common size used on the majority of OBS trucks.
• Oversized — for worn hinges that need the bushing hole drilled out with a 9/16" bit.
• With or without rollers. The rollers replace roller pins that have bent, broken or seized over the years.

Fitment notes

Front doors only, on OBS Chevrolet and GMC trucks, Suburban, Tahoe and Yukon. These do not fit the rear passenger doors — see our other listings for the correct rear door bushings. Sold for off-road use, not for highway use.
