Tilt Bed Scissor Hinge Features:
- ★ Laser cut from 3/16” raw steel or 3/16" stainless steel
- ★ Hinges are double armed to be much sturdier than any of the competitions.
- ★ Assembled with 3/8” stainless steel bolts, nylon washers and low profile jam nuts.
- ★ 3/8” hole tolerances have been tightened to eliminate as much play as possible.
- ★ Mounting face is 3.5” x 1” on both mounting locations.
- ★ Sold as a pair
Please note that the raw tilt bed scissor hinges will require disassembly if you want to paint them. Moreover, there are a lot of parts to these hinges - assembly will take some time and planning. Also, take plenty of good photos prior to disassembling to aid in reassembly.

These hinges are awesome!!! Adds a great custom look to your truck!… and you can’t be the quality and price! They are pretty straight forward and requires little fab work. This is a great set of hinges! The motion of these hinges is outstanding and when used on a tilt bed floor they enable you to have a very tight tolerance at the header panel of the bed. They also enable you to have tight tolerances to the side of the bed due to their rigidity. The hinges are nicely laser cut and come with all necessary bushings and stainless hardware. All it takes is a couple welds to get them installed. Along with a great product, LS FAB has by far the best support of any shop or parts company that I’ve worked with.. I cant say enough positive things about these guys!
