1988-98 OBS Chevy & GMC Billet Aluminum Parts

OBS interiors were built from plastic that is now thirty years old, which is why this is the largest billet department on the site. The billet climate control knobs, the daylight driving controls, the billet shift lever and the column tilt lever all replace 1995-99 parts that have gone brittle, faded, or snapped off entirely — and they replace them with machined aluminum rather than a reproduction of the same plastic.

Outside, billet pillar emblems and door jamb vents for 88-98 clean up the two spots on a GMT400 that always look unfinished, and the billet hood hinges for 88-98 do the same job here they do on every other era. In the jamb, billet door strikers and door pins and bushings for 88-98 are the pair that fixes a door that has started to drop — worth doing together, because replacing one and not the other just moves the wear.
